Is a land broker and consultant specializing in undeveloped waterfront land in the coast lines of the Pacific Ocean in Baja California Mexico. Joint the real estate industry in 2004 and move back to San Quintin BC where he was born and rise to promote foreigner investment for land development and land investment.

· 2004 - Obtained a real estate course diploma at University UABC of Tijuana BC in "Real estate brokerage and marketing" (Marketing, Real estate law, Property appraisal and finances).
· 2005 - Completed successfully the Federal exam in “labor competence in the Mexican real estate brokerage and property appraisal” issue by the agency CONOCER.
· 2006 - International Broker/Owner training by RE/MAX International in Colorado, USA.
- 2008 – Obtained the Transnational Referral Certified by I.C.R.E.A. International Consortium of Real Estate Associations The world largest real estate association, representing over l.7 million professional practitioners of 25 countries in the world·
